Our dine-in greysing experience is for those who want a private grazing experience for a smaller group.

You can now book a private "greysing" table for your group for up to SIX (6) turophiles! Cheese, charcuterie and wine! Sounds like a perfect set up. Available as brunch, lunch or dinner experience! Perfect for smaller sized celebrations.
What is a "Greysing" Experience?
GREYS offers an interactive eating experience with your private group for either lunch or dinner. Your table can seat up to 6 people. Each table is becomes a large cheese and charcuterie board. In the middle of the table, we will set up your "greys" which includes 5 cheeses + 3 charcuterie (cured meats) + accoutrements (seasonal food, bread and much more).

Also included are two bottles of wine per table. You can purchase more if your group would like to enjoy more wine.

Reservations are REQUIRED. Price is $300 per table which can include up to 6 guests. To reserve your spot please call our store or email us at info@greyscheese.com. ​

You can reserve up to two (2) tables should you have parties larger than 6 people. You can also reserve as a private event. Ask us about these other options.
