ABOUT US
GREYS was founded by a couple, Jackie and Kurt, in 2019 as an online business offering cheeseboards throughout Memphis. Our boards were a success and we expanded our services by offering educational workshops to share the stories of the artisanal cheese maker with our customers. We moved on to collaborative events such as cheese based, multi-course dinners at local restaurants, and cheese plate and sandwich pop-ups at Memphis breweries.
In 2021, we opened the doors to our first brick and mortar, GREYS Fine Cheeses in Memphis followed by our second store in Nashville in 2022. It was our dream to bring a unique cheese experience to our communities.
We are a full-service Cheese Shop offering an array of services and education about cheese. We are thrilled to continue to expand our cheese knowledge next in Franklin. Want to learn more? Come down and meet us.
