What is a "Build A Board" Experience?
GREYS offers an this interactive dinning experience with your private group. In this immersive experience, our cheesemongers will guide you through selections, pairings, and presentation—as you create your own edible masterpiece while sipping on wine. Plan roughly 2 hours for your experience which includes instruction time and lot of time for enjoying and connection. Come hungry for knowledge (and cheese). It’s the perfect mix of fun, flavor, and connecting with your group.
Your experience includes cheese, charcuterie, accompaniments and three glasses of our house wine. Want more wine? You can purchase more if your group would like to enjoy more from our wine list.

Reservations are REQUIRED plus a deposit to secure your spot. Price is $100 per person plus 20% gratuity and tax. Recommended for groups of 6 - 8 guests (minimum group size 4)
