GREYS Fine Cheeses is located in the heart of East Memphis. We are not just a cheese shop. In addition to our wide range of great cheeses, we offer cheese and charcuterie plates, sandwiches and wine and cheese flights. We host workshops, private parties and make cheeseboards for entertaining your guests at a party, or for relaxing in.
Small scale artisanal and farmstead cheesemakers are artists. We like to think of our cheese case as a gallery to display them! We are honored to have cheeses that showcase hard work, seasonality, and taste-of-place! There is so much time-honored tradition that goes into great cheesemaking and we want to share it with you!
We consider cheese to be a proper meal, especially when paired with foods that are of the same quality as our cheeses. Our charcuterie program is locally sourced, and our wine selections are carefully curated to match up with anything you select from our cheese case.

Our pantry has artisanal crackers, jams, chutneys, mustards, oils, vinegars and spice blends of the highest quality we could source. We have tinned seafoods, books, cookies and candies, as well as hand crafted cheeseboards and cheese paper. We will continue to seek out the highest quality products we can source.
