When it comes to cheesy Valentine’s Day gifts, you can’t beat a heart-shaped cheese.
We are featuring Neufchâtel cheese, a traditional French cheese dating back to 1035 (which makes it older than Camembert). It is a heart-shaped soft, white cheese from Normandy in the north of France. Neufchâtel has an AOP stamp of protection. This means the AOP restricts its production to a 18 mile radius around Neufchâtel-en-Bray. The milk has to come predominantly from Normande cows that are pasture-fed for a minimum of 6 months per year. Its flavor is fresh and creamy, with lasting savory notes.
It's legit the best cheese for your sweethearts! Our offering will also include a mango fire cheddar, toscano piccante and other accoutrements. Served in a 9 x 9x bamboo tray. Perfect for gift for all your loves!
