CLASS SCHEDULE - MEMPHIS
Join us and learn all about cheese and pairings! Make it a fun girl's night or date night or just come to nerd out on cheese and make new friends. Classes are held at our store in East Memphis on Wednedays from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. We do offer a few classes/events on other days. Limited spots (12 - 20 participants).
Doors open at the scheduled class time and instruction time begins promptly 15 minutes later. After class you have time to shop our retail shelves or purchase some of the cheeses and wines you enjoyed during class. Winter workshops on sale now.
​NEW - FEB 13 & 14 - TELL YOUR BOO I MELT FOR YOU (VALENTINE RACLETTE DINNER) - $150 per couple
This evening is all about melting away. Bring your Boo and celebrate as you scrape gooey raclette cheese over your plate. In this interactive dinner experience, you will melt cheese in an individual raclette grill and scrape onto a variety of cured meats, bread, potatoes, along with pickles and salad to compliment the meal followed by dessert.
Your experience includes a bottle our house wine (select from red or white). Tickets are sold as pairs (1 ticket = 2 guests) and includes food, wine, tax and gratuity for our staff. We only have 10 tickets per evening – very limited quantities! FRI & SAT 6 pm - for ages 21+

JAN 21 (WEDNESDAY) - Cheese 101 - Celebrating National Cheese Lover Day - $45 per person
National Cheese Lover’s Day is January 20th and we want to celebrate with you in the best way possible — by learning (and tasting!) cheese. Join us for Cheese 101, a joyful introduction to the world of cheese that’s perfect for curious beginners and devoted cheese lovers alike.
We’ll explore the fascinating history of cheese — from ancient beginnings to modern favorites — and break down the fundamentals that help you understand how cheese is made, why it tastes the way it does, and what makes one style different from another. Along the way, you’ll taste a selection of cheeses while learning the basics of rind types, milk style, and flavor profiles. TUE 6 - 8 pm - for ages 12+

Cheese and chocolate: Two of life’s most irresistible pleasures—artisan cheese and decadent chocolate—come together in a tasting experience that’s pure magic. We will lead you through five irresistible cheese and chocolate pairings that play with texture, salt, sweetness, and a touch of the unexpected -- combinations you’ll dream about long after the last bite. FEB 4 (WEDNESDAY) - Awesome Wines You've Never Hear of - But You Should Know About - $65 per person
A wine class for the adventurous sipper! Tired of the same old Pinot and Cab? Step off the beaten wine path and into the glass of something wildly unexpected. Explore five (5) stunning, under-the-radar wines that sommeliers love — and you need to know.
We will swirl, sip, and savor each while sharing the stories behind these hidden gems. This is not your average wine tasting — it’s a passport to the deliciously obscure. We will, of course, have cheese pairings for each wine!
Perfect for wine lovers, the wine-curious, or anyone who wants to brag about finding the next big grape before it goes mainstream. Seats are limited. Curiosity required. WED 6 - 8 pm - for ages 21+

Travel through Italy’s vineyards without leaving your seat. Join us as we explore acurated selection of Italian wines, discovering the regions, grapes, and traditions that make Italy one of the world’s most exciting wine cultures. Expect lively conversation, delicious pours, and a deeper appreciation for the stories in every glass.

Journey through France’s iconic wine regions in this engaging tasting class. We’ll explore classic French wines while uncovering the grapes, places, and traditions that have shaped France’s global influence on wine. Expect elegant pours,approachable insights, and a deeper understanding of what makes French wine timeless.

MAR 18 (WEDNESDAY) - St Patrick's Day Celebration with Beer and Cheese- $60 per person
Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a spirited pairing of cheese and beer. Join us as we explore how classic and unexpected cheeses shine alongside a lineup of well-chosen beers, from crisp and refreshing to rich and malty. It’s a festive, flavor-packed class filled with great pairings, good cheer, and a little Irish luck along the way.

Cheeses and Girl Scout cookies — is there a more fun, perfect pairing? We’ve created some truly incredible matches that your taste buds will thank you for. Join us as you indulge in five delicious cookie-and-cheese pairings designed to surprise and delight.
Want to take your evening even further? Add a wine package and elevate the experience to the next level. Sweet, savory, and utterly irresistible — this is one tasting you won’t want to miss!. WED 6 - 8 pm - for ages 12+

JAN 22 - FEB 19 - MAR 19 (THURSDAY) - Tannins & Tiles - Mahjong Night - $80 for group of four
Mahjong Night at Greys is all about connection, laughter, and a great night out with your girlfriends. Gather your group and settle in at tables of four for an evening of play, conversation, and shared moments. You bring the gals and the tiles and we take care of the rest!
Each guest will enjoy one glass of our house wine (white, red, or rosé). Every table will be treated to a beautifully curated cheese and charcuterie platter to share, because the best nights are built around good food and great company. THU 6 - 8 pm (3rd Thu of each month) - for ages 21+

When purchasing tickets you agree to the below:
CANCELLATION POLICY: All sales are final and non-refundable. We are unable to transfer class tickets to another date. If you are not able to attend, your ticket may be transferred to someone else, who must use your name when they arrive to check-in.
We now also offer an optional alternative to protect your tickets via Purchase Protection from TicketSpice.

SEATING GUARANTEES: We assign seats prior to your event. Please notify us in advance if you wish to sit with guests who are purchasing tickets separately.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How much do workshops cost?
Cost varies by workshop depending on the number of cheeses, wines or type of experience. Cost is $45 - $85.
Where do I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets online. All workshops are announced a few weeks prior to the event via our newsletter and social media.
Can I transfer my ticket from one class to another?
We are not able to transfer tickets to another class.
I am unable to attend the class I signed up for
All sales are final and non-refundable. If you are not able to attend, your ticket can be transferred to someone else who must use your name to check into class. We are now providing the option to add Purchase Protection for a small fee and get a 100% refund of your registration purchase should you be prevented from attending due to a qualifying unforeseen circumstance. This is service is offered directly by TicketSpice.
Is there a wait list for workshops?
Yes! Since our classes sell out quickly, we often have a wait list. Please send us an email to info@greyscheese.com and we will add you to the wait list. You will be notified via email if there are openings due to cancellations. These will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
