GREYS Fine Cheeses is located in The Factory in downtown Franklin.  We are thrilled to be serving the Franklin community as the only specialty cut-to-order cheese and charcuterie shop in the area.  

 

We are not just a cheese shop! In addition to our wide range of great cheeses, we offer cheese and charcuterie plates, and wine and cheese flights. We host workshops, private parties and make cheeseboards for entertaining your guests at a party, or for relaxing in.  We only source and feature cheeses from small creameries and cheesemakers in our cheese case and our dine in experiences!  Our cheese offerings are a showroom of their hard work, talent, dedication and passion.  We are honored to have cheeses that showcase hard work, seasonality, and taste-of-place!

FRIDAYS UNCORKED

Join us every Friday for a rotating complimentary wine tasting from 4 - 6 pm.   Great way to start the weekend and then grab a bottle and take home to enjoy or gift

Looking for great pairings for your cheeses?  Our pantry has artisanal crackers, jams, chutneys, mustards, oils, vinegars and spice blends of the highest quality we could source. We also have tinned seafoods, books, raclette and fondue sets, as well as hand crafted cheeseboards and cheese paper.  We also have retail wines.  Come talk with our staff and grab a bottle to go.

FONDUE - CHEESE OR CHOCOLATE & RACLETTE (winter offering)

On our menu, you will always find our cheese and charcuterie PLANCHES (French word for boards) with ever rotating cheeses.   We have salads, sandwiches and cheese bar specials.  Pop-in for a unique cheese experiences to delight yourselves.  We will keep things new, interesting and rotating often.

We have cheese and wine flights - select from red, white or rosé flight.  We also have some great local beers.   Beer and cheese pair just as well - and sometimes you just can't beat a beer and a big sandwich!  Sandwiches served ALL DAY in all locations.

You will find fondue and raclette on our dinner menu from October - March after 4 pm Wednesday to Saturday.  When it comes to fondue we have you covered.  Join us for a cheese fondue or for those looking for a sweet experience we also have chocolate fondue - reservations required for fondue.  Send us an email at info@greyscheese.com or call our store.
